Terms and Conditions for "The Bulls Trender" Mobile Application
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of "The Bulls Trender" mobile application (the "App") developed and provided by Krishaj Foundation and Services ("Company," "we," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
Eligibility:
1.1. To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
1.2. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Wallet Services and Investments:
2.1. The App provides wallet services that allow Users to deposit funds and earn returns on investments.
2.2. Investing in the App's wallet services carries inherent risks, and the Company does not guarantee any specific returns or profits.
2.3. Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions, and the Company shall not be held liable for any financial loss incurred.
Services Offered:
3.1. In addition to wallet services, the App provides various services, including but not limited to shopping, recharges, bill payments, and travel bookings.
3.2. The Company may partner with third-party providers to facilitate these services. Any terms and conditions of such third-party providers shall apply when using their services through the App.

c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any related systems.
d) Share or distribute any malicious software or harmful content through the App.

Indemnification:
7.1. Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to their use of the App.
Limitation of Liability:
8.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
8.2. In no event shall the Company's total liability to any User exceed the amount paid, if any, by the User to the Company for using the App.
Termination:
9.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access to the App at any time and for any reason.
9.2. Users may also terminate their use of the App by uninstalling it from their mobile devices.
9.3. Upon termination, all rights granted to Users under these Terms will cease, and Users must immediately stop using the App.
Amendments:
10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at its sole discretion.
10.2. Any changes to the Terms will be effective upon posting the revised version in the App or notifying Users through other means.
10.3. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
